Erika's remarkable talent for building connections was apparent from a young age. Growing up in a family that operated an insurance business, she was often found engaging with clients or assisting her older sisters in various community initiatives. By the age of five, she was already selling raffle tickets and managing tasks within her parents' business, demonstrating an early determination that would shape her future.

In 1996, at just 20 years old, Erika channeled her tenacity into the real estate sector. Her success was anticipated by those around her. By 2004, she had advanced to become a broker and established two companies: Real Estate Expediter, a transaction coordination firm, and Triple D Realty. Currently, she serves as a Broker Associate and Agent Development Director at Re/Max of Santa Clarita.

Erika's commitment to community involvement led her to serve as president of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors' Santa Clarita Valley Division in 2012. She was also appointed as a CAR Director for SRAR for the 2014-2015 term. Her accolades include the Presidents Award from SRAR in 2010, Realtor of the Year in 2011, and the Entrepreneur of the Year award from WCR in 2012.
