Erika's upbringing as a "Navy Brat" instilled in her a strong appreciation for the value of homeownership. She recalls the dedication her parents demonstrated while saving for their first home, meticulously counting coins to contribute to their “Home Savings Fund.” This experience shaped her understanding of the profound significance that a home holds—not just as a financial investment, but as a cornerstone of well-being and future stability. She believes that such an important purchase deserves the highest level of care and respect from a knowledgeable real estate professional.

With a passion for serving the Los Angeles community, Erika is dedicated to guiding clients through their home buying, selling, and investing journeys. A devoted Dodgers fan, she also has a penchant for discovering the best taco trucks and tamales in town.

After residing in Santa Monica for 15 years, Erika and her husband, Josh, along with their rescue dog, Lincoln, made the move to the Highland Park/Garvanza area in 2021. She appreciates the diverse neighborhoods of Los Angeles, each of which feels like home.
