Before transitioning into real estate, Erin Kociela accumulated over 28 years of experience in advertising and promotion, culminating her career as Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Frankel, the largest privately-owned brand marketing agency in the United States. In this role, she led a creative team of 25, developing brand marketing campaigns for prominent companies both domestically and internationally, including Nestlé USA, Honda, Acura, Mazda, Kia, Fleetwood Homes, and AAA.
