Originally from New Jersey I moved to Arizona in 1996 and received my Real Estate license in January 2002 I began in residential resale and soon moved into raw land I sold hundreds of parcels in Western Pinal County (Maricopa Stanfield Casa Grande) from 2003-2007 and began selling REO in late 2007 REO had been my primary focus from 2007 through 2011 selling over 200 properties for several mid-sized banks Among these sales were infill land residential property several unfinished builder packages bulk sales and finished lots Still working in the land and REO markets my primary focus today is residential property specializing in Central Scottsdale and McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale AZ McCormick Ranch is one of the original Planned Area Developments in the US I have been a resident here since 2004 and our family is involved with coaching youth sports the Cochise Elementary APT and helping to bring new homeowners into the area to enjoy the Lakes excelling schools and Greenbelt I have been lucky enough to receive a slew of sales awards in the past 10 years including the RE/MAX Arizona Top 10 five times and being recognized as one of the Wall Street Journal's Top 400 Agents I attribute that to mainly communication with my clients and an unwavering commitment to putting in the time and effort to make things happen I don't find it surprising that a fortune cookie once read:"Things may come to those who wait but only the things left by those who hustle "I still carry that small piece of paper in my wallet
