Fatima Sena brings 16 years of real estate experience to her role, a journey that began in her childhood, where her affinity for property was evident through her success in the board game Monopoly—much to her siblings' chagrin. Raised in Newark, New Jersey, as the daughter of first-generation Portuguese immigrants, Fatima developed a strong work ethic and resilience from an early age. At just seven, she began nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit by assisting her parents in their family business. Growing up in an urban environment taught her the importance of adaptability, determination, and a sense of humor in overcoming challenges.

Fatima's commitment to education led her to work multiple jobs to finance her college education, ultimately becoming the first woman in her family to earn a degree. Her desire to make a difference in her community drove her to spend several years at a hospital clinic, where she provided essential medical services to underserved populations.

In 2000, shortly after welcoming their first child, Fatima and her husband relocated to Florida, drawn by the allure of Palm Coast and its welcoming community. As a mother of two, she values the importance of balance and energy in her life. Outside of real estate, Fatima leads fitness classes and offers complimentary beach workouts every Thursday, empowering those who may not have access to a gym.

Fatima's real estate career commenced in 2000, and in 2005, she founded the Property Management division at BHHS Fortune Group Properties. Under her leadership, the division has expanded to include four skilled on-site property managers overseeing more than 200 rental properties. As a licensed real estate broker in Florida, she serves as a Broker Associate and Property Manager, dedicating herself to assisting both buyers and sellers. Fatima is particularly passionate about helping clients improve their credit to qualify for homeownership. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
