About Felix Vizcaino

Beginning his career in the service sector during his teenage years, he assisted his parents in managing El Ancon, a historic transportation business in Loiza, Puerto Rico. While pursuing his college education, he took on managerial roles at several well-known restaurants, including Applebee’s, Fuddruckers, and Houlihan’s. Following graduation, he furthered his experience in the hospitality industry at the Hard Rock Cafe in both Puerto Rico and Louisiana, as well as at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Puerto Rico.

Building on his extensive background in service, he acquired and operated a franchise of Wings ‘n Things in Puerto Rico, successfully opening seven locations by 2007. In 2014, he and his family relocated to Ocala, Florida, where he concluded his restaurant career at Mark’s Prime Steak House, a distinguished fine dining venue. He is now eager to transition his service-oriented expertise into the real estate sector, committed to assisting clients in navigating the complexities of buying and selling their homes.
