Prior to her real estate career, Florence served as a Senior Marketing Manager for several prominent family-owned wineries, where she oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, developed global brand strategies, and launched award-winning wine brands. She earned her Master of Science in Strategic Marketing with highest honors from INSEEC, a prestigious international business school in Bordeaux. Florence is married to Richard Ropelewski, a corporate pilot, and they have two young sons, Adam and Matias. Committed to community service, Florence volunteers at The Table at First Presbyterian Church and with Napa Moms, while Richard contributes his time at the Veterans’ Home in Yountville.
