About Francis Giacomelli

Born and raised in Vineland, a quaint agricultural community in southern New Jersey, this real estate professional has deep roots in the construction industry, having worked in the family business during high school. After completing his education at St. Augustine Prep, he pursued a degree in Engineering and Architecture at a college in Philadelphia.

Following his academic journey, he relocated to the Palm Beach area, where he transitioned into the construction finance sector. In 1989, he obtained his real estate license and began specializing in custom home construction and general real estate sales throughout northern Palm Beach.

In 1999, he founded Great American Mortgage & Capital Company, which quickly became one of the leading mortgage brokerage firms in northern Palm Beach County. In 2009, he married Rhonda, and they welcomed their son, Gianni Giacomelli, in 2010. Together, they form a highly skilled and experienced marketing team in South Florida.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, he actively contributes to his community as a service coordinator at the Palm Beach Gardens campus of Christ Fellowship. He has led and coordinated programs such as Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and Legacy Journey, facilitated a men’s Bible study life group, and serves as an appointed member of the Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the Village of North Palm Beach.

He is deeply committed to the relational aspects of real estate, believing that the focus should always be on people rather than just properties.
