About Francisco Nieves-Taranto

Francisco Nieves-Taranto serves as the president of RentCare Property Management, a firm he co-founded with his family in 1993. With a focus on single-family residences, he has cultivated a deep expertise in real estate management. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francisco graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with degrees in Marketing and Finance.

Under his leadership, RentCare has grown to employ seven dedicated team members, managing operations in Southwest Orlando across four counties and overseeing more than 200 rental units. Francisco holds several esteemed designations in the property management sector and actively participates on the board of directors for the Local Board of REALTORS, the Professional Development Committee, and the Property Management Council of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is also involved with various local Chambers of Commerce.

Outside of his professional commitments, Francisco and his wife, Lauren, are the proud parents of four children.
