Frank, a Houston native, pursued his education at Stephen F. Austin State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Management. Following his graduation, he dedicated 15 years to the restaurant industry, culminating in his role as General Manager at The Gristmill in Gruene, Texas.

In 2000, Frank transitioned to real estate as a Certified Residential Appraiser, a role he continues to fulfill alongside his recent acquisition of a real estate sales license.
