About Frank Buchanan

Frank Buchanan, a native of Illinois, began his professional journey after serving in the Army infantry from 1971 to 1974. Upon returning to Moline, he took a position at the Rock Island Arsenal, initially envisioning a long-term career in government service. However, after eight years, he recognized that the conventional 9-to-5 routine was not fulfilling.

In 1983, Frank embarked on a new path by enrolling in real estate courses at Black Hawk College in Moline. By January 1984, he had passed the Illinois state exam and joined Mel Foster Inc. (formerly Boeye Realtors). Seeking a change of scenery, he relocated to Arizona in June 1986, leaving behind the snow for a warmer climate.

Once in Arizona, Frank obtained his real estate license and began his career with Coldwell Banker in Sierra Vista. After nearly three years, he took a significant step by founding his own real estate firm in March 1989, offering a comprehensive range of services, including new construction, property management, residential, commercial, and land sales. In 1991, he expanded his business by acquiring an ERA franchise, which he operated until 1996.

In 1997, Frank innovated the Arizona market by launching one of the state’s first discount brokerages, Expect To Sell, which he managed until 2008. He then ventured into house flipping, focusing on remodeling and renovations until 2013. Encouraged by a close friend, he re-entered the real estate sector in January 2015 with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, where he quickly adapted to the rapid technological advancements that had emerged since 2008.

On April 15, 2016, Frank made a strategic career move to Realty Executives in Tucson, drawn by the company’s professional environment and superior real estate tools designed to enhance client service. With over 30 years of industry experience, Frank is a seasoned professional who has navigated the complexities of the real estate landscape. His extensive background positions him as a trusted advisor for clients looking to buy or sell homes in Tucson, ensuring that their needs are met with expertise and dedication.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in the Tucson metro and surrounding areas, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to put their offers directly in front of active producers. PropTech companies use it to demo tools and onboard new users. Recruiters use it to identify agents worth poaching. Continuing education providers use it to fill course seats before deadlines hit.

The decision to buy a Pima County real estate agent email list comes down to one question: do you want to spend your budget on people who might be agents, or on people who are confirmed, actively licensed agents right now? This list answers that question before you ever hit send. Every record includes a verified email address, and {{CELL_COUNT}} of the {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents on the list also include a cell phone number for SMS or direct outreach.

Why Buy a Pima County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Dr. Bill has been building and selling agent lists since 2005, with over 31,000 lists sold to businesses that depend on accurate data. Every record is sourced directly from the Arizona Department of Real Estate licensing database, so you are never working from scraped directories or recycled junk files. Emails are cleaned monthly, new contacts are added weekly, and the entire list is completely rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That process is what backs the 96% deliverability guarantee.

Cheap list vendors cut corners you cannot see until your campaign bounces. They do not verify against active license status, they do not remove dead addresses monthly, and they certainly do not offer a deliverability guarantee in writing. Dr. Bill does. When your cold-email platform, including tools like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, reports a bounce rate that kills your sender reputation, the list is the culprit. Starting with clean data is not optional — it is the entire job.

How to Use This Pima County Agent List

Email outreach is the obvious starting point, but this list works across every channel. Upload it to your cold-email platform to run sequenced drip campaigns. Use the mailing addresses for direct mail pieces that actually land on a physical desk. Dial the cell numbers for SMS campaigns or personal outreach calls. Import the names and brokerages into LinkedIn to build a matched audience for paid ads that follow your prospects across platforms.

Segmenting the list gives you even sharper targeting. Separate broker-owners from sales agents when your pitch changes depending on who holds the checkbook. Filter by zip code when you only want agents working a specific pocket of the county. No other vendor offers zip-code-level filtering within Pima County — that granularity is exclusive to Dr. Bill's platform.

Why Pima County, Arizona Agent Data Matters

Pima County covers a large and active market anchored by Tucson, with significant agent populations also working Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and South Tucson. These communities each have their own pace and product mix, which means a single statewide blast to Arizona agents wastes a large portion of your spend on people who never work your territory. Targeting Pima County specifically puts your message in front of the {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents who are actually licensed and operating in this market right now.

Local targeting is not just more efficient — it is more persuasive. When your email references a market an agent actually works in, your open rates improve and your replies go up. A mortgage lender offering Tucson-area products has no business emailing Phoenix agents. Filtering to the county, or even down to a specific zip code within it, means every dollar of your campaign budget is working on a real potential customer instead of noise.
