About Frank Schofield

Frank Schofield, a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, brings a wealth of experience and insight into the real estate markets of Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. As a third-generation real estate professional, following in the footsteps of his mother, grandmother, and uncles, Frank has been attuned to the dynamic nature of real estate from an early age.

His career began with six years at NAI Fennelly in Princeton, New Jersey, where he excelled as a Commercial Broker. During this time, he successfully completed approximately 125 transactions across the office, industrial, and retail sectors, generating over $75 million in sales volume. In 2005, Frank returned to his Virginia roots, joining Summit Realtors and Summit Relocation Services as Vice President and Associate Broker. Under his leadership, Summit Realtors has emerged as one of the premier brokerage teams in Northern Virginia. His extensive client portfolio includes major institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, One West, and Green River IAS. Additionally, Frank oversees corporate accounts and property management services.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Frank is passionate about travel and community outreach. His childhood experiences living in Munich and London, along with extensive travels throughout the United States and Europe, have shaped his worldview. He is dedicated to social responsibility, embodying the motto "Family serving families." Frank has organized and participated in numerous charitable events, including 5K races for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Melanoma No More, The Parkinson Alliance, and the Eden Institute for Autism. He also enjoys participating in Spartan races with his children and siblings and is particularly proud of his volunteer work with the Red Cross in Louisiana, assisting families affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Frank’s commitment to service extends to his real estate practice. Whether clients are buying, selling, or renting, he is dedicated to providing informed guidance to help them achieve their real estate objectives. He views his work not merely as a job but as a vocation, ready to go above and beyond for his clients.

Frank resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Katie, and their four children, where they enjoy both work and play.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Fairfax County, Virginia, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, continuing education providers, insurance agents, and recruiters all rely on verified agent email data to drive outreach, fill pipelines, and close deals. Whether you are launching a cold email sequence, running a direct mail drop, or building a LinkedIn audience match, having accurate, locally targeted contact data is the difference between a campaign that converts and one that wastes budget.

This list includes {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed real estate agents in Fairfax County, Virginia, with verified email addresses, and {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. If you are ready to buy Fairfax County real estate agent email list data that is actually usable, this is the source professionals have trusted since 2005, with over 31,000 lists sold across the country.

Why Buy a Fairfax County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Virginia state real estate licensing board, which means you are reaching agents who are actively licensed, not expired or inactive contacts scraped from random directories. The data is cleaned monthly to remove bounces and bad addresses, new emails are added weekly as agents enter the market, and the entire database is completely refreshed bi-annually. That process is why we can back this list with a 96% deliverability guarantee, something the cheap CSV vendors selling outdated files simply cannot offer.

Most list providers give you a statewide dump and call it targeted. Dr Bill's data is available at the state, county, city, and zip code level, and no other vendor segments to the zip code level within Fairfax County itself. That granularity lets you match your outreach to specific service areas, branch territories, or licensing districts without paying for contacts you will never convert.

How to Use This Fairfax County Agent List

The most immediate use case is cold email outreach. Cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) are built specifically to handle prospecting at this scale, and this list drops directly into those workflows. You can also push the data into direct mail campaigns, use the cell phone numbers for text or call outreach, or upload the emails as a custom audience for LinkedIn matched targeting to run ads directly in front of these agents.

For better results, segment the list by license type before you launch. Broker contacts respond differently than sales agents, and separating them lets you tailor messaging, offers, and calls to action to each group. A recruiter pitching a brokerage split targets brokers. A CE provider pushing renewal courses targets everyone. The segmentation is built into the data.

Why Fairfax County, Virginia Agent Data Matters

Fairfax County is one of the most active real estate markets in the entire Mid-Atlantic region, covering major cities and communities including McLean, Reston, Herndon, Springfield, Annandale, Burke, and Centreville. These are distinct local markets with their own agent populations, and a targeted county-level list lets you speak directly to agents working those specific areas rather than diluting your message across an entire state list.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents in the county and {{CELL_COUNT}} cell phone contacts available, the depth of this data gives you real volume to work with inside a defined geography. Local targeting at this level consistently outperforms broad statewide blasts because the messaging can be specific, the offers can be relevant, and the agents you reach are actually operating in the market you serve.
