About Frank Schofield

Frank Schofield, a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, brings a wealth of experience and insight into the real estate markets of Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. As a third-generation real estate professional, following in the footsteps of his mother, grandmother, and uncles, Frank has been attuned to the dynamic nature of real estate from an early age.

His career began with six years at NAI Fennelly in Princeton, New Jersey, where he excelled as a Commercial Broker. During this time, he successfully completed approximately 125 transactions across the office, industrial, and retail sectors, generating over $75 million in sales volume. In 2005, Frank returned to his Virginia roots, joining Summit Realtors and Summit Relocation Services as Vice President and Associate Broker. Under his leadership, Summit Realtors has emerged as one of the premier brokerage teams in Northern Virginia. His extensive client portfolio includes major institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, One West, and Green River IAS. Additionally, Frank oversees corporate accounts and property management services.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Frank is passionate about travel and community outreach. His childhood experiences living in Munich and London, along with extensive travels throughout the United States and Europe, have shaped his worldview. He is dedicated to social responsibility, embodying the motto "Family serving families." Frank has organized and participated in numerous charitable events, including 5K races for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Melanoma No More, The Parkinson Alliance, and the Eden Institute for Autism. He also enjoys participating in Spartan races with his children and siblings and is particularly proud of his volunteer work with the Red Cross in Louisiana, assisting families affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Frank’s commitment to service extends to his real estate practice. Whether clients are buying, selling, or renting, he is dedicated to providing informed guidance to help them achieve their real estate objectives. He views his work not merely as a job but as a vocation, ready to go above and beyond for his clients.

Frank resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Katie, and their four children, where they enjoy both work and play.

Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech startups, real estate recruiters, insurance agents, and continuing education providers rely on targeted outreach to Fairfax County's real estate professionals to grow their businesses. Our verified email list of 11,149 actively licensed agents gives you direct access to one of Virginia's most lucrative real estate markets, eliminating the guesswork of finding qualified prospects who actually need your services.

Unlike generic marketing lists that cast a wide net, this hyper-focused database connects you with decision-makers who handle millions in transactions annually. Whether you're launching a new mortgage product, recruiting top performers, or promoting CE courses, having verified contact information for every active agent in Fairfax County means you can reach the right professionals with precision timing instead of wasting resources on outdated or irrelevant contacts.

Why Buy a Fairfax County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our agent data comes directly from Virginia's state licensing board records, ensuring you get legitimate, actively licensed professionals rather than expired or fake contacts. We update this list monthly and guarantee 96% email deliverability, which means your messages actually reach inboxes instead of bouncing back like those cheap lists from overseas vendors that promise thousands of contacts for unrealistic prices.

While other vendors might sell you stale data that's months or years old, our monthly refresh cycle captures new license activations, removes inactive agents, and updates contact changes in real-time. This commitment to data quality is why businesses choose our premium lists over bargain alternatives that waste your time and damage your sender reputation with high bounce rates.

How to Use This Fairfax County Agent List

Upload these verified contacts to cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com), Dr Bill's purpose-built system for purchased lists, since mainstream platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact prohibit third-party purchased data. You can also use the list for direct mail campaigns, phone outreach, or LinkedIn connection strategies by matching email addresses to social profiles for multi-channel prospecting.

The list includes detailed licensing information that lets you segment by brokers versus sales agents, helping you customize messaging based on experience level and decision-making authority. This targeting capability means you can send broker-focused partnership proposals to office leaders while directing individual agent offers to sales professionals, maximizing relevance and response rates.

Why Fairfax County, Virginia Agent Data Matters

Fairfax County encompasses high-value markets including McLean, Reston, Great Falls, Vienna, and Tysons Corner, where 11,149 active agents handle some of Virginia's most expensive transactions. When you buy Fairfax County real estate agent email list data at the zip code level—a granularity no other vendor offers—you can target specific neighborhoods and communities instead of blasting generic messages across the entire region.

Local targeting consistently outperforms statewide campaigns because agents respond better to vendors who understand their specific market dynamics and clientele. Rather than competing with hundreds of other solicitations from generic Virginia-wide campaigns, your targeted Fairfax County outreach demonstrates market knowledge and relevance that busy agents actually appreciate and act upon.
