Fred Hogshead, a dedicated resident of Bluffton and a native of South Carolina, has deep roots in the region. He and his wife, Amanda, an educator at Okatie Elementary School, are proud parents of two daughters, Aubrey and Langley Ruth (LR). Both Fred and Amanda grew up in Columbia and met while attending Winthrop University. After many enjoyable years in Pinecrest, they recently relocated to Chechessee Bluff, near Callawassie Island.

With two decades of experience in electrical sales, sales management, and general management, Fred has cultivated a strong expertise in both residential and commercial construction. His professional territory spans from Brunswick, Georgia, to Charleston, South Carolina.

Fred finds great fulfillment in family life, particularly as his daughters participate in school sports and competitive cheerleading. In their leisure time, the family enjoys spending time on the river with loved ones. While golf remains a passion for Fred, it has taken a backseat to other family activities.
