Prior to establishing his own firm, Fred was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty from 1999 to 2003, where he served as a REALTOR® and real estate consultant. His earlier career included a significant tenure at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Danbury, CT, focusing on residential new construction, land sales, and corporate property management. Fred is also a U.S. Navy veteran, having served from 1962 to 1966 aboard the USS Proteus AS-19. His commitment to community service is further demonstrated through his roles as director of the Seaside Village Master Association and the Sunset Beach Business & Merchants Association.
