**Fred Eichenhofer: Broker/Owner of Sierra Pacific Real Estate**

Fred Eichenhofer, a licensed real estate broker since 1986, leads Sierra Pacific Real Estate. He is also a licensed Notary Public and represents the fourth generation of his family rooted in California, tracing back to Sutter's Creek in the 1800s. Fred has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of a family-owned casting business in Los Angeles and President of a private corporation he established in 1974.

His community involvement includes serving as Past-President of the La Canada Flintridge Rotary Club and participating in various committees. Currently, he is an active member of Foothill Christian Fellowship in Meadow Vista and serves on the Board of the Meadow Vista Community Center, as well as being involved with the Lions Club. Additionally, Fred has taught Metal Technology at Sierra Community College.

Fred’s extensive experience encompasses land acquisitions for multi-family developments in Los Angeles County, as well as rural subdivisions in Placer, Nevada, and Tahoe Counties. He has overseen numerous building projects and possesses comprehensive knowledge in real estate, including multi-family and rural land acquisition, land subdivision, and residential transactions.

On a personal note, Fred recently completed the restoration of his 1969 Chevelle, which he showcases at Reno's Hot August Nights each year. He enjoys attending car shows, swap meets, and taking short trips with his wife. Fred is a proud father of three and grandfather of two, with his daughter Katherine working alongside him as a licensed assistant.
