Gail, a native of Clearwater, Florida, has deep roots in the Suncoast region, where she has lived her entire life. With a comprehensive background in the real estate sector, she began her career in the 1980s, gaining expertise in title insurance and closings while managing the Florida office for a national builder's title insurance firm.

In the early 1990s, Gail transitioned to a homebuilder as a Sales and Closing Administrator. By 1998, she had obtained her Florida Real Estate License, embarking on a successful journey in new home sales that culminated in over $80 million in transactions in the Tampa Bay area by 2009.
