Under the mentorship of James Utterback, a distinguished businessman, they honed their skills in the real estate sector.

By the end of 2005, Alam relocated to the high desert area and subsequently established Alam Realty, inviting the subject to join him. Together, they have implemented innovative systems and processes that effectively position their clients' properties, attracting interest from buyers not only locally but also across the United States and internationally. Their efforts have raised awareness of the high desert's potential, making it an appealing option for retirees seeking an affordable and secure living environment.
