After relocating several times across the country, he settled in Palm Coast, Florida, where he resides with his four sons, who are actively involved in local schools and sports teams.

Upon obtaining his real estate license in Florida, Garrett continued to expand his knowledge, believing that continuous education is essential in the ever-evolving real estate landscape. He holds numerous credentials, including MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), PMN (Performance Management Network), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and GUILD certifications, in addition to being C2EX Endorsed.
