Originally from San Diego, California, Garrett enlisted in the Marine Corps after completing high school. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Central Christian College in Kansas. After relocating several times across the country, he settled in Palm Coast, Florida, where he resides with his four sons, who are actively involved in local schools and sports teams.
Upon obtaining his real estate license in Florida, Garrett continued to expand his knowledge, believing that continuous education is essential in the ever-evolving real estate landscape. He holds numerous credentials, including MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), PMN (Performance Management Network), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), and GUILD certifications, in addition to being C2EX Endorsed.
In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Garrett was honored as the 2022 Realtor of the Year by the Flagler County Association of Realtors and named the 2022 Member of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors Flagler County Network. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the local Women’s Council of Realtors Network.
Outside of his professional commitments, Garrett enjoys a vibrant personal life filled with family and friends. He has traveled extensively, embracing diverse cultures, and enjoys riding his motorcycle and participating in various sports.
