Since 1980, this agent and his wife, Shari, have called Hayward home. They previously owned and operated funeral homes in both Hayward and Spooner until 1997, when they sought a lifestyle change. In 1999, they founded Woodland Developments & Realty from their residence on Grindstone Lake. Recognizing the need for a dedicated office space, they established the Woodland Court office complex on Railroad Street in 2003, conveniently located next to Perkins.

The foundation of his real estate career is built on the personal service provided through their funeral homes and his extensive community involvement. He values the relationships he has developed with clients, many of whom he considers friends.
