Gary, originally from Sonoma Valley in Northern California, grew up in a family deeply rooted in construction. This background instilled in him a strong work ethic and a profound appreciation for architecture and the relationships that shape the real estate industry. In 2006, seeking new opportunities and a warmer climate, Gary relocated to San Diego after a successful tenure as a Regional Sales Manager for a national organic foods company. He began his real estate career as a loan officer with a national lender in San Diego, quickly advancing to manage the company’s National Business Operations. In this role, he oversaw licensing, compliance, recruitment, and business development. This diverse experience equipped Gary with a comprehensive understanding of real estate lending, enabling him to effectively guide his clients through the entire process.

After obtaining his California real estate license in 2007, Gary fully committed to his passion for helping individuals achieve homeownership and build wealth through real estate. He has collaborated with some of the industry’s leading professionals and top brokerages in San Diego, continuously refining his business model to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Since the inception of his real estate career, Gary has successfully facilitated over 215 transactions, totaling more than $180 million in residential and investment properties across San Diego County.
