He graduated from San Pedro High School in 1983 and pursued higher education at the University of Southern California, majoring in petroleum engineering for two years. With over 34 years of marriage, he and his wife, Sally, have raised a niece who is now 23.

As a full-time licensed Realtor since 1991, Gary holds a Broker's license and has recently completed the training to earn the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation. He specializes in assisting clients with the buying and selling of single-family homes and income properties throughout San Pedro and the surrounding South Bay region.
