After dedicating 25 years to the Cumberland County Department of Social Services, they retired in December 2015. Their career began in the Bookkeeping Department in 1990, transitioning to the Child Support Unit in 1992. Through a series of civil service exams, they advanced to the role of Human Services Specialist, where they managed welfare programs including SNAP, AFDC, and Medicaid from 1994 to 2003.

From 2003 to 2014, they served as a trainer for various welfare programs, including TANF and GA, and held the position of SNAP Outreach Coordinator from 2004 to 2011. Additionally, they acted as the Supportive Assistance to Individuals and Families (SAIF) Liaison for Cumberland County, bridging local family services with the New Jersey Division of Family Development until their retirement.

Following a brief hiatus to spend quality time with family and friends, they worked for a neurologist in Vineland, NJ, from September 2016 to December 2018. During this period, they pursued their interest in real estate, completing the New Jersey Real Estate course and exam in late 2018.

Since obtaining their license in October 2018, they have been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Argus Real Estate in Ventnor, where they have thoroughly enjoyed assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Their goal is to turn clients' real estate aspirations into reality, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.
