Gayla Nizzi has been a dedicated real estate professional in the Kingwood area for 25 years and has resided in New Caney for the past seven years. Since 2003, she has focused on listing and selling properties in Kingwood and its neighboring communities, following the establishment of the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty office in Kingwood.

A fourth-generation Houstonian, Gayla has recently moved to the new Tavola development in New Caney, an area currently undergoing significant growth. Both she and her husband, Mike, are proud graduates of Kingwood High School and have witnessed the evolution of their community over the years.

In addition to her professional commitments, Gayla has actively volunteered in her children’s schools, taking on various roles such as PTA president, art masterpiece chairman, ways and means chairman, and spring carnival chairman. Her contributions to the PTA were recognized in 2008 when she received the Honorary Life Membership Award.

In her leisure time, Gayla enjoys family gatherings, cooking, and playing golf.
