Gerry Miranda, a San Diego native, has a diverse background that includes living in Tijuana, Baja California, Sacramento, Bladensburg, MD, and Chula Vista, CA. He is fluent in Spanish and possesses extensive experience in construction management and home improvement. Gerry obtained his real estate license in 1991 and currently serves as the Broker/Owner of Miranda Real Estate, an independent firm focused on first-time homebuyers and bank-owned properties.

As a certified RES NET and Premier Asset Services broker, Gerry has successfully completed over 300 REO transactions for various asset management providers. He is an active member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) and has earned recognition from local agents within both PSAR and the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) for his exceptional communication and follow-up skills, which are particularly valuable in negotiating short sales and bank-owned transactions.

Residing in Chula Vista with his wife of 34 years, Mary, and their two daughters—Johanna, a graduate of the University of San Diego, and Gabriela, a current student at Southwestern College—Gerry enjoys spending time with his Chihuahua, Canela. In his leisure time, he is passionate about restoring vintage cars and tackling various home improvement projects, often referred to as his "honey-do" list.
