**Gia's Bio:**

Gia, a lifelong resident of Gainesville, Florida, earned her degree from the University of Florida before joining her mother's firm, Matchmaker Realty of Alachua County Inc. Since then, she has established herself as a prominent figure in the real estate community. Gia served as the President of the Gainesville Women's Council of Realtors in 2007 and has been recognized multiple times as the Realtor of the Year by the Women's Council of Realtors in 2005, 2009, and 2016. In 2010, she also received the Realtor of the Year award from the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors.

Her commitment to the industry extends beyond sales; she has actively participated in various committees at both Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Gia consistently achieves impressive results, averaging the sale of 110 homes annually. Her leadership roles include Past President of the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors, Past District Vice President for Florida Realtors, and serving as the Florida State Women’s Council President in 2017. In 2020, she took on the role of Secretary for Florida Realtors and currently serves as Treasurer.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Gia is passionate about animals and maintains a small farm that includes a horse, a donkey, cats, dogs, turtles, and fish. In her leisure time, she enjoys the company of her husband, Scott, and their six-year-old daughter, Avery, while also cheering for the Gators.

Scott, originally from Naples, Florida, grew up in Gainesville, where he attended Buchholz High School and Santa Fe Community College. He later graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, earning a degree in Communications with a minor in Advertising. His dedication to the real estate profession has earned him several accolades, including the Women's Council of Realtors Realtor of the Year award in 2007 and the GACAR Realtor of the Year award in 2015. Additionally, he has been recognized with the Honor Society Award from 2005 to 2020 and the Leader's Edge award during 2006-2007.

Scott has held various leadership positions, including serving as President of the Women's Council of Realtors from 2009 to 2010 and as a Board Director for the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors. He was also the District Vice President for the Florida Certified Residential Specialist Chapter and served as President of the Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors in 2017.
