About Gina Knight

I was born in Michigan but have also lived in south Florida New Orleans and California I made my final residence here in Cumberland County TN in the mid 90's My father was the drummer for Frankie Avalon so I was able to travel the country and pick the best place on earth- so here I am My background education is in Marketing and I have been involved in Real Estate in one form of another since the late 90's

Up until 2008 I ran The Assistance Fund which was a down payment assistance program for moderate to low income families It provided the opportunity for home ownership to those who had good credit but were just unable to come up with a required down payment

Since 2000 my husband Bill Knight and I have owned and operated Knights Roofing here in Cumberland County and in 2009 I also became the President of Cumberland Mountain Retreat and Water Utility I breed and raise APHA horses and on top of all that I am the mother of 3 with only my youngest still home He is sophomore and a survivor of Leukemia at the ripe age of 16

I was always told that busy people are successful people and that you can always find time if it is important to you I believe I am testament to that!
