He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Sid Craig Business School at California State University, Fresno, in 1980, focusing on Real Estate, Urban Land Economics, and Business Administration.

First licensed as a California Real Estate Agent in 1979, he has cultivated a deep passion for the industry. In addition to his real estate expertise, he has been a licensed California General Building Contractor since 1990. His commitment to community service is evident through his past roles on the Board of Directors for East Bakersfield Rotary, G B Fast Inc., Riser's ARS Inc., and Clovis Babe Ruth.

As a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Fresno Board of Realtors, he currently serves as a Realtor and Sales Associate with London Properties. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is actively pursuing further education through the Masters Series GRI to stay abreast of the evolving real estate landscape.
