Grace is originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, and relocated to San Antonio in 1995. She holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Guanajuato and has spent nearly three decades married to another architect. Together, they have three children: Monica, Maria, and Alejandro, who is currently pursuing his architecture studies at the University of Houston.

Grace has found great joy in San Antonio, appreciating the city's diverse opportunities for individuals and families alike. She believes it is one of the most beautiful places to raise a family, enriched by its proximity to Mexico and the historical ties that foster a welcoming community.

Though she has always had an interest in real estate, Grace initially chose to focus on raising her children. With her eldest daughter now a graphic designer, her son studying architecture, and her youngest in high school, Grace decided it was time to pursue her professional aspirations.
