Graham's journey in real estate began with a solid educational foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Alabama in 1981. Shortly after graduating, he relocated to California, where he met Gina; they married in July 1982. Before obtaining his real estate license, Graham spent over four years in the title insurance industry, working as a Title Representative for Gateway Title and First American Title. In 1984, he and Gina became licensed agents and transitioned to full-time real estate work in June 1986. After nearly 33 years in the field, Graham achieved his Broker designation in 2018.

Throughout their careers, Graham and Gina have built lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through significant transactions and resolving various challenges along the way. They are grateful for the numerous referrals they have received over the years, which reflect their commitment to client satisfaction.

In 2001, they expanded their services to include property rentals, assisting clients with marketing, tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in inspections. They are eager to help clients who wish to rent out their properties.
