Graham Updegrove embarked on his real estate journey in 2007 with Sunrise Mortgage & Investment Company, a comprehensive commercial mortgage banking firm specializing in financing for various property types, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and specialized developments. In his role as a loan-servicing correspondent, he managed a substantial loan portfolio exceeding $750 million nationwide.

In 2009, Graham obtained his Broker’s License, and by 2011, he shifted his focus to the residential sector in San Luis Obispo County. His expertise encompasses buyer and seller representation, investment strategies, and foreclosure processes. Graham’s reputation for diligence and integrity has positioned him as one of the most active and knowledgeable agents in the region, culminating in over 200 successful transactions valued at more than $115 million in the past decade. A native of San Luis Obispo, Graham has a deep appreciation for real estate and architecture. He currently resides in downtown San Luis Obispo and enjoys outdoor activities, often exploring local hiking trails, embarking on backpacking adventures, or skiing in the winter months. Recently, he has taken up brewing beer and delving into local political issues. Graham has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity of San Luis Obispo County on their Community Development Committee from 2012 to 2017 and served as President of the Central Coast Realtors Charitable Foundation in 2017, leading a $50,000 "Agents for Change" capital campaign to support the new homeless services center at 40 Prado in San Luis Obispo. Additionally, he is a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce and participated in Leadership SLO Class XXV alongside other esteemed business leaders.
