Greg is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in the Central Valley, having grown up in Hanford. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy and Urban Affairs from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.

Beginning his career in real estate in 1996 with Carriage House Properties, Greg transitioned from a four-year tenure in strategic marketing roles within the manufacturing sector in Fresno. In 2001, he co-founded PEM Properties Inc. with partner Percy Williams, where they specialized in facilitating transactions for large multi-residential subdivisions and commercial properties throughout the Central Valley. Recently, their firm has broadened its focus to assist homebuyers and investors in navigating the complexities of foreclosures, short sales, and traditional residential and multi-family properties in Fresno and Madera Counties.

Greg’s keen insight into the current economic landscape allows him to identify opportunities for his clients, particularly in the realm of distressed properties. His dedication to thorough research and client advocacy ensures that he effectively manages intricate transactions, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
