Owner Greg Willis hails from Granbury, Texas, where he spent his childhood fishing on Lake Granbury and dove hunting in Mambrino, all while residing in Fort Worth. After graduating from Weatherford High School, he pursued a double major at Houston Baptist University and later earned a Master's degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth. Greg dedicated two decades to professional ministry, serving as both a Youth Minister and Pastor.

His real estate career began in 1997 in the competitive environment of Summit County, Colorado, renowned for its premier resort towns, including Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. In 1999, he transitioned from a local RE/MAX office to establish his own firm. In 2005, Greg sold his business and returned to Texas to be closer to family, allowing his wife, Dawn, and their daughters, Kayla and Amanda, to enjoy proximity to their grandparents.
