Greg hails from Ocean City, New Jersey, a charming family resort that provided a nurturing environment during his formative years. After completing high school, he pursued higher education at Northeastern University in Boston, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, complemented by a minor in Marketing.

Following graduation, Greg embarked on his professional journey on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange with Sanford C. Bernstein Inc. His achievements in the financial sector eventually led him to establish his own hedge fund and manage a firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. However, in the wake of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Greg sought a shift from the high-pressure atmosphere of Wall Street. He relocated to Tampa to be closer to family and to explore a new career in real estate.

Leveraging his business acumen and the strong work ethic honed on Wall Street, Greg quickly made a name for himself in the Tampa Bay real estate market, becoming one of the region's leading Realtors. His notable achievements include the successful sale of multiple condo conversions and various new construction projects, collectively comprising hundreds of units. His expertise spans a wide geographical area, with listings and sales from Lakeland to Tampa and extending to the beaches of St. Petersburg.
