Originally from the Chicago area, Gregory and his wife, Shannon, first discovered Anna Maria Island as vacationers before deciding to make it their permanent home. His diverse background includes living in several locations, such as Milwaukee, Rockford, and Fort Lauderdale. Gregory's strong Midwestern values and work ethic were instilled in him early on, beginning with his first job in the cornfields at the age of 13.

He holds an Associate of Science in Industrial Design from the Fort Lauderdale Institute of Design and has extensive experience in business-to-business environments. His passion for real estate ignited when he purchased his first investment property in 2002, and it has only grown since then. Gregory is enthusiastic about helping clients find their primary residences or vacation homes.

Outside of his professional life, Gregory enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, Pryce and Addison. A sports enthusiast, he can often be found cheering for the Chicago Bears or Cubs, or enjoying the outdoors on the island with his family.
