In 2004, Greg established his own real estate office in Sebring, starting with a small team of four associates and $10 million in listings. Within a year, the office experienced remarkable growth, achieving $35 million in sales. Today, the firm boasts over 30 associates specializing in residential, commercial, agricultural real estate, and property management, including a dedicated division for residential rentals.
The synergy between Greg's real estate business and his wife Pamela’s law practice, Karlson Law Group, enhances the services offered to clients. Pamela's legal expertise provides invaluable support to both buyers and sellers navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.
In 2020, the firm achieved over $60 million in sales across commercial, agricultural, and residential properties. This momentum continued into 2021, with total sales volume exceeding $86 million, driven by an influx of individuals relocating from the Northeast in search of new opportunities in Florida.
