Greg Shuffler, a lifelong resident of Burke County, North Carolina, embarked on his military journey at the age of 17. After completing his active duty service, he dedicated 32 years to the Army Reserve, culminating in his retirement as a Command Sergeant Major in 2013. At 21, Greg sought to further contribute to his country and community by launching a career in law enforcement. He devoted the next three decades to serving North Carolina as a Master Trooper with the State Highway Patrol, also retiring in 2013.

Since obtaining his real estate broker's license in 1994, Greg has continued to serve his community with the same commitment and enthusiasm that characterized his military and law enforcement careers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s degree in Justice Administration.

Greg and his wife, Kathy, are proud parents of two children and grandparents to four. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating on Lake James with his family. Greg feels fortunate to reside in such a picturesque community and is eager to share his appreciation for the area.
