Greg Lukina became a member of David Lyng Real Estate in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Senior Project Manager at Cahill Contractors Inc. in San Francisco. During his tenure at Cahill, he oversaw significant projects, including the development of a 120-unit apartment complex in the Transbay Redevelopment District, a pivotal area in downtown San Francisco. His portfolio also includes the new construction of a 250,000-square-foot mixed-use office and residential project, as well as various renovation and tenant improvement initiatives at schools and hotels throughout the city.

Before his time at Cahill, Greg honed his engineering skills at Treadwell & Rollo Inc., a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm based in San Francisco. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the same prestigious institution.
