In 1992 he earned his Brokers license and was the managing broker of Antelope Valley Trust Deed Services Inc (AVTDS) until 2001 The corporate function of AVTDS was the processing of foreclosures loan servicing for private beneficiary notes and trust deeds issuance of full and partial Reconveyances and Intermediary/Accommodator for IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges
It is this past experience in other related aspects of the real estate business along with the negotiation processes throughout a transaction that provide a unique added benefit and value to his clients Greg also has extensive experience in trust and probate seller representation for real property assets and investment speculative land sales
