Lisa Stennes-Laikind has been a dedicated real estate professional in San Diego since 1992. Originally hailing from the Midwest, she relocated to Rancho Santa Fe in 1990, drawn by the unique blend of small-town charm and global sophistication the area offers. Partnering with Gwyn Carter Rice, Lisa leads TEAM Advantage, a group recognized for its commitment to a personalized approach in every real estate transaction.

Her expertise spans both listing and buyer representation, and her diverse experiences living across the United States and abroad enable her to adeptly assist out-of-state and international clients. Lisa has a particular affinity for collaborating with developers and investors, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the local market.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Lisa is actively involved in the community. She serves on the Networking and Advisory Council for San Diego's luxury offices and contributes to various organizations, including the San Diego Center for Community Solutions, the USO, the Rady Center Children's Hospital Auxiliary, the Vision of Children Foundation, and the San Diego Museum of Art.

Outside of work, Lisa and her family enjoy retreats to Deer Valley, where they partake in activities such as downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, and fly-fishing. She resides on Del Mar Mesa in Carmel Valley with her husband, Paul, a biotech executive, and their two daughters, Lara, a college student, and Elle Marie, who is in elementary school.
