Joe is a graduate of Plymouth State College, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Heredity and Genetics, complemented by coursework in Business. He embarked on his real estate career in 1980 and has since developed a robust portfolio that includes leasing and managing his own investment properties, as well as engaging in partnerships and LLCs in the Waterville area.
