She holds a degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento, and spent over five years as a police communications dispatcher, where she honed her ability to navigate complex situations. Additionally, her part-time position as a medical fraud analyst for the California Department of Health Care Services, combined with her experience in customer service from owning a nail salon, has prepared her to address a wide range of challenges in the real estate market.

Hannah thrives on connecting with new people, and her role as a real estate agent allows her to engage with clients regularly. In her leisure time, she enjoys yoga, running, and immersing herself in educational and motivational literature. Inspired by her daughter, who fuels her ambitious spirit, Hannah also dedicates time to volunteer with the American Cancer Society, honoring her late mother-in-law while supporting and uplifting others in the community.
