Heather Baker is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with her clients, aiming to turn every interaction into a lifelong partnership. A seasoned REALTOR® with 15 years of experience in the Lowcountry, she possesses in-depth knowledge of Beaufort and Jasper Counties. Originally from Greenville, SC, her expertise is well-regarded in the local community.

Affectionately known as “Sugarbaker” by residents, a nickname she has embraced for nearly two decades, Heather draws inspiration from the iconic characters of the television series *Designing Women*.

Married to Larry for 24 years, Heather has made the Lowcountry her home for the past two decades. With Larry being an Air Force veteran, she has a personal commitment to assisting military families in finding suitable housing.

Heather's accomplishments include receiving the ERA Circle of Achievement awards in both 2017 and 2018, as well as the ERA Leader’s Circle award in 2016. She holds multiple certifications, including Certified Negotiation Expert, ERA Distinctive Properties Certified Consultant, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Military Residential Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, and Cartus Certified Network Affinity Specialist with USAA and Navy Federal.

In addition to her real estate practice, Heather initiated REALTOR networking sessions in Jasper County, recognizing the area's growth and fostering collaboration among local REALTORS and businesses. Since 2013, she has served on the board of directors for the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS, where she is the president-elect for 2019. Her involvement extends to the South Carolina REALTORS board of directors, and she is a graduate of the 2018 South Carolina REALTORS Leadership Academy. Heather has also been honored with the REALTOR Service Award and co-chairs the Jasper County REALTORS.
