About Heather Adams Gower

Heather grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California, where her love for animals flourished on a small farm. Riding horses from a young age, she developed a lifelong passion for equestrian activities, which continues today with her beloved horse.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from San Jose State University, complemented by minors in psychology and sociology. In 1992, Heather relocated to Georgia, where she raised her two daughters before moving to Arizona and eventually settling in North Carolina in 2001, where she welcomed her son.

While her children were young, Heather shared her equestrian knowledge by teaching horseback riding to a 4-H youth group on her horse farm in New Hill. Her dedication to the community was recognized in 2012 when she was honored as Wake County Horse Leader of the Year.

After her children returned to school, Heather pursued her own education, obtaining a degree in Special Education. She spent a decade working as a Special Education teacher and cheerleading coach for Wake County, where she honed her skills in education and mentorship.

Real estate has always been Heather's passion, and she embraced the opportunity to transition into this field. As a Real Estate Broker, she combines her educational background with her commitment to helping clients find their dream homes. Heather prioritizes building relationships and providing concierge-level service to ensure smooth transactions.
