About Heather Groom

Heather Groom possesses a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree from Southern Utah University. Her professional journey spans both the private and public sectors, where she has accumulated significant experience. During the 2012 and 2016 election cycles, Heather served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Governor Gary Herbert and Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox, who is now the Governor of Utah.

Her leadership roles include serving as President of the Utah Federation of Republican Women and participating on their national board from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, she was an elected member of the Utah State Board of Education, representing Utah County. Currently, Heather is an ambassador for the Utah Women in Leadership Project and holds the position of Judge and Division Chair for the Best of State Utah awards. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Snow College.

With over 15 years of experience running a market research firm, Heather has collaborated on numerous high-profile projects with Fortune 500 companies. In 2013, she pivoted to real estate, co-founding a real estate investment company with her husband, Brent, who is also a licensed agent. Together, they have successfully acquired multiple rental properties in St. George and beyond over the past eight years. In 2021 alone, she had over $22 million in contracts.
