About Heather Wells

Heather Wells, a native of Marin County, California, holds dual degrees in Political Science and International Business, with a focus on the European Union, from the University of Colorado Boulder. During her academic tenure, she was a collegiate swimmer and served as the President of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Following her undergraduate studies, Heather pursued a graduate degree in Real Estate Investment and Development at Harvard Business School.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in Oregon and California, Heather has successfully facilitated over half a billion dollars in real estate transactions since 2013. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional concierge-level service while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and client confidentiality. Her deep passion for real estate drives her to prioritize her clients' needs, ensuring a personalized experience. Known for her energetic demeanor and pragmatic approach, Heather skillfully navigates the complexities of real estate deals with creativity and enthusiasm.

Before transitioning to residential sales, Heather served as the Director of Investments and Property Management for a dynamic real estate development firm in San Francisco. In this role, she managed a portfolio of 30 properties, overseeing more than 300 commercial and residential tenants across various mixed-use buildings. Her expertise in negotiation was instrumental in drafting and renewing lease agreements, contributing significantly to the company's growth.

Outside of her real estate endeavors in Central Oregon, Heather enjoys hiking the scenic trails around Bend with her Morkie puppy, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. She is also an avid skier, golfer, and fisherman, and appreciates exploring local restaurants and live music venues. Heather actively participates in the Microfinance Club, supporting the Global Grameen Bank, and is a member of the Bigger Pockets Investment Group, where she connects with fellow real estate professionals to enhance her business development in Central Oregon. Her aspirations for 2021 include traveling to the Society Islands of French Polynesia, completing her final marathon, graduating puppy school with Franklin (on her second attempt), and earning a spot in the Wall Street Journal’s 40 Under 40 for residential real estate sales.
