About Heidi Ward

Heidi is a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Arnold community. An enthusiastic mountain biker, hiker, and skier, she is eager to share the stunning landscapes and quality of life found along the Scenic Highway 4 corridor.

In 1970, after years of family vacations in the area, Heidi and her family made the decision to relocate from the Bay Area to Arnold. This move was inspired by her parents' dream of establishing a permanent home in the region. A pivotal job layoff prompted them to explore careers in real estate, leading Heidi to join her family’s office at the age of 13. There, she gained valuable experience by answering phones, managing mailings, and assisting with tasks for the Calaveras County MLS.

Heidi earned her real estate license in 1980 and subsequently obtained her broker’s license in 1983. In 1986, she and her husband Barry founded Barry Ward Realty, and in 2021, they became equity partners with Corcoran Global Living Northern California.

With a commitment to professionalism, Heidi leverages her extensive local knowledge and years of experience to guide clients in achieving their real estate aspirations. She continues to live, work, and enjoy the recreational opportunities in the Arnold area.
