Together with her husband, John Darr Jr., Holly has raised twin daughters, Lindsey and Courtney, who are now freshmen at Florida Atlantic University and the University of Florida. John operates Darr Schackow Insurance, a well-respected local multiline insurance agency.

With a strong familial connection to real estate—her mother has been a Realtor in Jacksonville for over 22 years—Holly has always been drawn to the industry. Over the past 16 years, she and John have owned multiple rental properties and engaged in house flipping, which has equipped her with valuable insights and hands-on experience.
