Holly, a native of Bahama, North Carolina, has deep roots in the state. In 1994, she and her husband relocated to Wilmington, and in 1999, they moved to Leland with their son. Their son completed his K-12 education in Leland and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2017. Over the past two decades, Holly has witnessed the remarkable growth of the Leland area. In 2007, she and her husband built their home in Brunswick Forest, where they continue to reside.

In 2019, Holly transitioned from a successful 15-year career in the telecommunications sector, where she excelled as a Sales Manager, to pursue her passion for real estate. She obtained her real estate license and began her career with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, a leading firm in the region for the past 18 years. Holly is dedicated to understanding and meeting her clients' needs, finding fulfillment in helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Holly values time spent with family and friends. She is a devoted fan of basketball and football, supporting her favorite teams, Duke and the Dallas Cowboys.
