Hongtao Liu is a skilled real estate professional with a comprehensive background in marketing, presentation, negotiation, and sales. He is dedicated to guiding his clients through every step of the transaction process, ensuring they achieve optimal value for their investments.

Hongtao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from China and a Master’s in Business Administration from Japan. Prior to his real estate career, he spent seven years in an import and export business in Qingdao, China. He is fluent in both Chinese and Japanese, which enhances his ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Since obtaining his REALTOR® license in 2012, Hongtao has successfully assisted 56 clients, generating over $10.2 million in sales in 2016 alone. Throughout his career, he has served more than 215 clients, resulting in total sales exceeding $33 million.

In his leisure time, Hongtao enjoys fishing and traveling with his three children. He is also an active member of the Board of Directors for Hua Gen Chinese School, contributing to the community and supporting educational initiatives.
